AUX to Bluetooth

Been reading a few threads regarding this, but wanted to get some more opinions.

I have an 08 E90 M3, CCC iDrive, no Bluetooth. Only AUX.

The AudioEngine B1 looks really interesting, but, is there a unit that will also allow me to have Bluetooth Calling also? Or is that not an option?

Would also love the option of being able to change songs on Spotify using the steering wheel too.

I found these, not sure if anybody has any thoughts on them?

Tune2Air WMA3000 - My problem with this, is that it requires a USB Input, which, I don't think I have, I only have AUX, so I assume I can't use this?

Gateway 500 only works with Most system right? So a base audio system would not integrate?

But, the Dension Gateway 500 doesn't have Bluetooth right? So would have to plug in my phone each time?

There are different versions of the Dension units. Not all of them are built for MOST integration. Some of them have bluetooth, some don't. It's best to visit the site and check based on your own setup. If you go to dension.com, click on the 'gateway products' image, then select the first one, it will take you to the product page and there you will find a vehicle configurator if you scroll down a bit. Click on that and you will be able to select the brand/model/setup. Once you're done it will list all compatible units.

kinivo btc450 - great sound, media and phone calls. but no steering wheel controls. but the kinvo component that is visible (the microphone) has a butting for stopping and starting and advancing to next song. with android it is aptx which provides really great fidelity even through the aux input.

it will transfer audio to headunit via MOST and after that headunit will route sound ot its own outputs or MOST amp

if you are not interested in usb, there is dension blueway 500, only with bluetooth functions

I have never heard of a US car that doesn't.
(at least in the e9x models)
I believe Dension makes non Most versions to.
They have a compatibly chart.
