Comfort Access Hands-Free Trunk-Lid Release

Mine just unlocks, doesn't release. Which kinda defeats the point of this function.

Anyone else had similar issues? 2016 May Production F80M3ZCP

You can adjust the tension of the springs so that it opens up. It looks pretty simple to do. Have a search through the forum, someone posted up a few picks explaining how it's done. I haven't bothered with it as I find it quite difficult to close as it is.

its 100% to open up by itself, mine does
take it back and get them to fix it.
opens when you use the button as well,
the manual is your friend
