Help. Fan Removal

I am stuck and need to get the front fan out to change my serpentine belt. Took the screw out at the top pssanger side. What else as I can get it out. Seems stuck at the bottom on the drivers side.

There is a screw attaching trannsmission fluid heat exhange to fan shroud. Easiest way to get to it is from the bottom driver side. Just lift the front, remove undertray and it's right there.

then there are two clips, one on either side you have to pull as you are taking the fan out.
