Active 8 Tune Dyno vs JB4 Dyno

Alright guys, Follow up to my last thread.

I drive a 340i XDrive

First sheet:

1st Run: JB4 Off, ER Catless Downpipes, BMS Intake, Muffler Delete
2nd Run: JB4 Map 1, ER Catless Downpipes, BMS Intake, Muffler Delete
3rd Run: Same as 2nd Run

Second Sheet:
All 3 Runs: Active 8 Tune, ER Catless Downpipes, BMS Intake, Muffler Delete

All of these Runs done a DynoJet 424xLC2 Linx

Very happy with the way the Active 8 feels on the car. Let me know your thoughts!

Great numbers. How does the way the Active 8 drives compare to the JB4? Thanks for the post!

Those numbers seem way too low for the runs with the jb4

I have the same mods jb4, bms intake ,er catless down pipe and the m performance exhaust and the way the car drives along with the advertised performance boosts for each mod I thought the car would be running close if not over 400hp and 400tq. I know the car runs an 11.9 on the drag strip which is better than m4 numbers

Nope. Map 2 or 5 would be much better for your mods. Map 1 is pretty much like the jb+

I agree with you, I thought would be too. I've read that it could be the Linx Dyno I'm using... someone said to add 50 whp? But I have no fricken clue about any of that haha. Would love to know more though

Oh maybe. Sorry I was basing that on my N55. But isn't map 1 pretty basic? Like 4 more psi over the stock? I know with my N55 I can hit 16-17 psi

Nice numbers! Curious though how safe this tune is compared to jb4.

Could we get both graphs with the same smoothing correction factors. The JB4 chart is Smoothing 5 and the A8 is uncorrected.

I'm just surprised to see how choppy those A8 lines are especially up too compared to the JB4 considering they are using a 64 bit processor... can they reprint the graphs with the same factors?
