I'd be more concerned with the NW rain if you have CCB. They can take a minute to warm up in the cold and they're not exactly at their most efficient when it rains.

I made it thru without problems. Again, drove conservatively. Must admit I am a little concerned if we get any snow this year. She just may end up staying in the garage.

Common sense will be fine for cold and wet. As soon as there is snow and ice on the roads, all bets are off with those tires (IMHO). I live on a big ass hill, so just having winter tires/wheels on Nov thru March gives me peace of mind...even though I've not really needed them the last two winters.
Be careful out there! -X- |

Just keep in mind that traction control will also eat up brakes long term. More slippage will require more TC. Winters are the best option long term IMO.

I'm too chicken to drive my F80 in case it snows. This is the first year that I've garaged my car and bought a Tacoma to get me through winter. It will come in handy when I go to work in this snowy/icy streets this week!
