Help with checking fog lights

Hi,

Anyone in the San Jose/Bay area that can help me check if my fog light bulbs are out or the ballasts are out of if the harness is the problem? I have a HID kit from DDM tuning and they have not been of much help in helping me diagnose the issues. They want me to upgrade to their canbus kit by paying $70. that would be my last recourse.

Unfortunately I am not the most tech savvy when it comes to such things so if someone could help me do it or guide me that would be much appreciated. Beer/lunch would be on me

those kits are so cheap just replace it. Beer and lunch would cost as much.

I had a HID kit for my fog lights that lasted a few yrs and then one got flooded out so I just replaced both
