Warranty question
Bought my CPO in November 2013. Popped my hood yesterday and there is a decent amount of dust from the oil seeping out from the OFHG. How much would it take for the dealer to qualify it for replacement under the warranty and is this covered? I read while ago on here the CPO terms were changed a few years ago to include/exclude various items.

I have a CPO 2011 e92 and the oil filter housing gasket was replaced a few months ago under the warranty. I had taken it in for an oil change and the SA informed me that the tech found the gasket to be leaking (I hadn't noticed it, so either the leak had just developed or was very minor) and they were going to replace it.

I have a 2011 328i still covered by CPO (which ends in 11/2017 for my car), and my OFHG was just replaced 3 months ago under CPO, during a routine oil change service at 55k miles...I had to only pay the $50 CPO handling charge.
