Is the 335 really that fast?

Dropped my baby off for her first oil change and to get the auto headlamps fixed. Got a 08 Z4 3.0 as my loaner... Damn is this thing slow compared to the 335!!! We are sure spoiled.... lol

Another thing you gotta remember is that bimmers hide the sense of speed very well. 80mph in my e36 was smooth sailing compared to a 90s blazer.

Likewise 140mph in an e46 M3 felt like 70mph in my e36!! I thought the 335 was horrible in the corners during the test drive until I looked down at the speedo!!
