Ok, here is my delemma. I just purchased the Bavsound under seats and installed them in my 2011 e90 with Harman Kardon, and not happy with how low they sound. So I immediately searched out how many ohms the e90 L7 system is, which is supposedly 4 ohms for the underseats, and I'm assuming that there is a mistake on Bavsound's part. Shouldn't I have the 4ohm version? I called them up and they told me I should have the 8 ohm version? Now I've read that the F30 HK is now 7 ohm which is where I think their confusion may be coming from.

Has anyone had any luck with Bavsound woofers in their L7 car. Do you have the 4 or 8 ohm version?

Are the speakers you pulled labeled have you tried
measuring them?

If you are in NJ you might try talking to unexpected creations in Edison

they have the knowledge.

I have an e90. I have to get a multimeter to measure one. My concern is that Bavsound is adiment about providing 8 ohm speakers for what otherwise should be a 4 ohm application as per the e90 sound system TIS.

I'm also wondering if other people with the new Bavsound underseats have had the same issue that I'm having here.
