Paint. :

Honestly though, the pictures you added aren't showing up so it's impossible to give you any sort of constructive feedback at the moment.

That's fine. You aren't the first one I've seen that is having upload problems tonight. Might just be the app or site.

Ahh, there they are!

I'd say, and I'm certainly no expert, that it definitely needs to be sanded and repainted in that spot if you're looking for perfection. Good news is that it really isn't a very large area and shouldn't set you back a ton of cash. But we all know that professional painting is never too cheap either.

However, if you're looking to save some money and go for the quick bandaid fix, you could always just lightly sand it and add some touch-up paint to the affected areas. Certainly won't look as nice up close but it's a small enough area that it'll do the job without being too noticeable.

Others would probably be able to recommend an actual grit for you, only thing I would say is nothing too coarse. You just want to smooth it out, not take off more layers of paint.

its noticeable and looks like damage reached into the plastic
what I'd do
sand it down til smooth
airbrush it with matching color
clearcoat it
then polish it up real good

Usually a dealer can do it for you if you're willing to pay

Just clean up the area a bit and use the bmw paint correction system. You can order it from your bmw parts department. Small scuffs like that happen - be careful about going too technical with your fix (wet-sand, buff, etc) if you aren't intimately familiar with how to clean up scuffs like that. You could end up causing more noticeable damage than the small stuff.

Yea my fault I was heading to work thought there was traffic, but wasn't that bad and decided to go vacuum my car and parked to close and hit the curb I was sad and stupid thinking to getting that close I'm more careful now where I park. Thanks for advice I will look into it once weather gets better here.

I would wait a little until you absolutely sure you know where the ends are. There would be nothing worse then fixing it and then doing it again a week later.
