Exclamation HELP! My car is falling apart!!

OK so let me tell you my problems and hopefully someone can give me some answer or suggestions.
Story:
I took over the lease on this
Sparkling Graphite 2006 330i e90
6MT | Premium Package | Sports Package | Cold Weahter Package | Comfort Access | Navi |
It will be exactly one month i've had it on 4/13. It has 27,xxx miles and seemed to be in perfect shape.
Problems! (#3 Most severe)

1.) About 6 days after I got the car i swapped the wheels for some 19"s and when i pull the stocks off (RFT) I noticed huge Bubbles on the inner/sidewalls of the tires!
This is going to be a huge problem when I return the car at lease end however the car has tire insruance.
I'm not exactly sure how this works or what it covers though. Also not sure if its transferrable since I am not the original owner. I would assume it is because i'm still paying the $5 a month or whatever it is for it.
If anyone knows how this works out or has any suggestions please chime in.

2.) I leave for work around 5am when its freezing outside and I need to use my heater doesn't get hot!!! If i turn it to 84 degrees it still blows cold air! It only will get hot when blowing out the bottom vents. I dont need to cook my feet. Any Ideas???

3.) So I'm driving home from work today and everything seems to be going fine... Traffics moving along and for once i dont wish a drove a bulldozer going down the I405S when suddenly it feels like i have a flat tire. Luckly i'm almost home and not too sure its flat so i wait for the TPM to chime in and tell me my tires flat. . . It never does! I still hear this squeaking noise and feel a thump thump kind of feeling while driving at normal speeds.
Now i'm kinda freaking out so my exit is coming up and i get off the freeway and pull into a parking lot to check out the problem.
To the naked eye theres nothing at all wrong but when i try to drive the car it starts screaming at me!!!
I look really close and to me it looks like my BRAKE calipers are squeezing the brake disc? I don't know what would have cause this. I didn't brake suddenly or really hard at all during the drive. Has anyone heard of this problem before?
Now when i pull up the Ebrake it goes all the way up with nearly zero resistance.
I checked the I.Drive because i figured there would be some red alert message in the control center stating i need to check brakes or something but nothing there! it reads All Systems OK!
I'm pretty positive it's the brakes because it also smells awful.

So as of now the car is just sitting there and i need to call a tow truck and have it towed.
The dealership i got it from (Alexander Imports) is the only one i know of that will give me a loaner car and they say they won't have a loaner available for 2 weeks!!!!!
So damn, i may have to be without the car and just take it to Sterling or Crevier

I'm soooo bummed.
I hope this car doesn't become a huge headache.
Anyone with any ideas, advice, suggestions now is the time
Thanks in advance.

1.) For most tire/wheel insurance, bubbles won't be covered (visible bubbles indicate you struck something like a curb, not a road hazard)

2.) If hot air is coming out the bottom, it's working. It's just a question of adjusting the system.

3.) Call Roadside Assistance and have them tow the car to the nearest dealer - don't let it sit there. Something is definitely wrong. Why not take the car to your regular dealer, Alexander, anyway - you might luck out with a loaner car and you know you won't get one elsewhere.

Yeah I called her and she said that nothing like that has ever happened and then was never any problems. Could be lying but i don't see why. Deals done.

Isn't the car under warranty? Take it in.

1.) Wouldn't a bubble on the outside of the tire be from a curb?
Not the inside... Plus on Three of the four tires? The only one without bubbles was a new one that had beem replaced. Makes me wonder if RFT are prone to this problem

2.) If hot air is coming out the bottom it doesn't sound right for any cold air to be coming out the top. Regardless of being adjusted.

3.) Yeah that sounds like i'm going to have to do that. The only problem is Alexander Imports is like 25 miles away and Sterling is like 8mi and Crevier is like 12mi.

For number #2, there is a little scroll wheel that has a red and blue strip next to it, make sure the scroll wheel is turned towards the red. (The scroll wheel is right by the center vent, can't miss it).

Yeah of course it's still under warrenty. I just hope that the warrenty is going to cover whatever is wrong with the car.

#3 it sounds like you drove with the e-brake on a little or it was dragging and burned off the little tiny brake shoes they use for the e-brake. Do your regular brakes still work normal?

Thanks though.

don't sweat it....you ain't the first and most certainly won't be the last to find out about the little dial between the vents.

as for the rest....4yrs/50k is there so use it. now if you bought it with 51k miles i could see getting worried.

OK, that does sound odd - esp. the three out of four tires. Best to have the tire mfr.'s authorized dealer look at them I suppose.

.
Actually, some people might want fresh (cold) air on top and warm air on the feet. But it really does sound like an adjustment.

It a habit to take the Ebrake off and even if i didn't remember to the stupid Chime is the most irritating noise. And a light comes out and an IDrive alert.

Push menu, tap iDrive controller to to the left (Climate), see the little red and blue air mixture thing? Adjust it so its red.

Ha! Yeah i'm sure. I'm going to try to blame it on me being 70% asleep while driving to work so early.

As for the warrenty hopefully they don't give me a hard time with it.

Then it could be just a stuck break shoe on your e-break that would cause your symptoms.

Regarding #2 its definitely what the other two posters stated. You probably have the little knob in the center of the dash turned to cold. It's not the adjustment that you make below where you set the temperature, its a knob with blue on one side and red on the other right in between the two middle vents. It's undoubtedly set to the blue side.
