I've started to get a rough idle after I drive for about 20 minutes. It will stumble for a few seconds, then surge and smooth out again. It runs great otherwise and does not surge at cruise nor stutter under WOT and makes full boost with JB4. It's only occasionally at idle after it's been running for a while.

I did get some logs while it acted up and it looks like first the HPFP goes up (from 5 to 10), then the timing is pulled out with all 6 cylinders going to 0. Then the idle rpm rises a bit, the HPFP comes back down and timing is re-introduced.
Any ideas as to what to look for is much appreciated .. here is the datazap:
