So is this supposed to be Mediterranean Blue? Looks much lighter and brigther than I've seen in in other pics.

That picture is taken under the very bright lights of the paint inspection booth.
It distorts the colours in the camera
Then add photoshop and it can distort the colours even more.

Here is another picture of the paint shop uniform worn in Dingolfing under other lighting. Notice how much darker the blue of the uniform is than in the first picture.
Even the grey top part looks a lot different

All that said, it does look very light in the photo

Went back to the full set of pictures.

Seems it may be a Individual or color not currently available
Here it is being sprayed onto its dark undercoat
