Oil Cooler fitment (not straight and missing bracket) HELP

Hi...

Wheels rubbing on passenger side, took off wheel lining and front bumper to find that ...there's a situation. ( I knew already there was slight damage)
Oil cooler is not straight, little crooked and top bracket is missing a bolt.
What do you guys think - what's the best way to straighten it and attach?

Ending up bending the sheetmetal where oil cooler attaches and secured it with zip tie to the plastic of the air scoop. Then another zip tie to pull it all in with wheel liner and done.

No more rubbing. it's not the best solution, would need a new oil cooler and wheel liner but it will do for now.

Get some steel zip ties and you'll be fine. I did the same thing when I retrofitted an oil cooler and it it never budged.
