Envelope on display

I have a non-idrive equipped '12 e91 with the "professional" radio, and it's got this envelope stuck on the display.

I can't find anything in the owners manual about it.

I've searched and people have said clear missed calls, but I've cleared them and it's still there.

I've got no unread messages on my paired phone, email or text.

I've tried the voice command "messages" and nothing comes up.

I'm out of ideas. The OCD in me is going nuts wondering what the message is.

Help?

I turned off bluetooth on my phone and it didn't go away, so it's not that. I'm baffled.

Edit: found it. Apparently BMW NA can send messages to it. They sent a message saying they were ending support of the message system LOL

I'm so glad someone figured this out! Tried calling the usual suspects and no one had a clue.
