M sport suspension on x-drive?

Would it be possible to add the msport springs to an x-drive vehicle after the fact? Maybe paired with some upgraded struts. I realize the x-drive is slightly heavier, but I think the weight distribution is very similar?

Thoughts?

Well you could definitely use the springs off of an x-drive M Sport. I tried to cross reference the part #s of x drive and RWD M Sport package springs to see if they are the same or different but REALOEM doesn't list the part #s.

I have the x-drive M-sport lol, but they didn't get the "actual" m-sport suspension, only the rwd m-sports did

No, you don't want to put the springs on there that are designed for another weight vehicle, you're shooting from the hip and hoping you won't bottom them out or encounter any other big issues. ACS makes lowering springs for most x-drive models, so that's where you can get springs.

If you are trying to make your suspension more like M-sport, you need more than just springs, springs, shocks and swaybars are the main ingredients to make that work. If you have active-suspension you can get the shockware to make the shocks 15% stiffer(more damping) and forgo the necessity of new shocks.
