please help bimmers

hi for all bimmers
iam in very weird situation i purchased a used pre lci f30 320 the owner told me he had a little crash in front left an painted the car i took the car to dealer to make a full check up they told me that time it needs a left shock so i changed them an bought the car after week i noticed the car pulling to left so i droped it again to dealer he told me alignment is out of specs and we need to change front axle carrier and +30 min swivel bearing wheel hub so changed them and car is back within range of caster and camber angles
but after that the car still pulls they said the height is not even so they switched the springs left to right to see if the height changes but it doesn't
so now they suspect the frame ??
the symptoms of driving
1-weaving at high speed maneuverings
2- feeling of i must correct the steering to keep it straight
3- steering wheel is so sensitive over bumps and high speeds make feel am about to crash
now for me i suspect two things because the dealer sees that suspension parts is ok except the arm responsible for rear right toe ??
1-i suspect steering gear is affected from the crash of first owner
2-or the chassis dimension is not correct
what is you opnions??

Sounds like it could be a damaged subframe which is preventing car from being properly aligned. Have them check all subframe points while on a lift, happened to my Acura and that's how I got here
