Not hard at all. Just cut the muffler pipe and put the new pipe on

I need to get the catless downpipe and this mid pipe.

For me a midpipe is just about right. I can hear the exhaust but not crazy. I tjink if catless will be super loud.

Did the Dinan kit come with the necessary clamps or did you have to source those separately?

It does come with all the clamps you need. You just need a saw to cut your factory midpipe. (The one connect to the muffler. The one on downpipe is connected with clamp as well. )
