B58 JB+ Boost Setting

Hello all,

This is my first time using JB+ on my 440i. I was curious to know if anyone has used max boost of 4psi or 4.5psi i think? If yes, what octane did you use?
Im currently running on 91 octane.

I have mine on max... 93oct.

If running 91 I would stick to default settings.
