No because the final drive ratio is different.

I got a Quaife differential and super happy with it
A little less expensive and considered by many to be better.

Thanks Lancelot....

Can you briefly explain what is the LSD you are talking about? Beside from bridsauto I learned that it is a diffident kind to the m performance ones (being that they are respectively supposed to be blot in into different parts)....

How long does your LSD took to install? Same benefits to the M performance ones?

Indeed they call this an Automatic Torque Bias differential, it progressively locks and provides the same torque to both wheels, so there is no lock/unlock, rather a continuous increase of lock depending on input torque.

There are also no clutches, and so no maintenance needed. LSD would in theory wear out to become open diffs if clutch plates are not replaced but not sure how often that service is actually needed in real life.

I read that for track applications, people prefer LSD over ATB, and conversely ATB is better suited to a road behaviour.

I can't really compare both of course, all I can say is I get a very nice and predictable oversteer when applying throttle out of a corner, and I'm happy with it, which is all that matters in the end

I think they can ship you one to HK, I had asked once while I was living there.
Mounting time wasn't very long, perhaps 2 hours as it's a standard exchange of diffs, ie. they send you a modified diff in an OEM casing, mount it and send back yours.

I posted pictures and some related videos to understand differential types there:

Thank you so much Lancelot.

I will definately contact Quaife soon to see whether they can make one for my car. At the moment I do not see my car on their available model list.

Sounds good so far. This Quaife ATB sounds needed little maintenance, not like regular service between 5000/10000km.

I believe in the real future, upgrading carbon drivedrain might be beneficial as well.

Per realoem.com you have the same rear diff as I have so shouldn't be a problem.
