MPG went to S**T out of nowhere

Long story short, had my car going on 5+ years. Have had tons of mods; pretty much all bolt ons and JB4 Stage 2 + Flex fuel. 44k miles on the car.

Recently, I removed ALL my mods. At the same time, I put in new spark plugs, OEM replacements. Ever since then, my MPG was cut nearly in half. I used to get 30-31 highway on map 0. Now, I'm averaging 17 MPG with normal driving. I can notice the fuel economy going down just by driving and watching the damn gauge. WTH happened!?

Was told during a cruise that I'm also running really rich.

You didn't put parts on right? Probably have a boost leak.

Did you reset your adaptions?

I'll have to try again. Maybe it didn't reset for some reason.
