Tire options

Hey Guys,

I will be looking at getting new tires this spring for my 2011 335XI with sport package. My questions are what should I be looking for grip and I live in the just outside of Boston so I can't run full summer tires. Also I was told that if a go away from the run flats I'll wind up with tires pressure lights ;/ ? I really hope this is wrong I can't stand the way the ride, feels like rocks and is noisy. Any info is appreciated. Thank you

Air pressure is air pressure no matter what type of tire it is. 90% of people run non-run flats, all without issues. I would recommend a dedicated summer and winter set. Best of both worlds, all-seasons are always a compromise.

That's not right. The tire pressure lights will go off if you do something with your tire pressure monitoring sensors. Shouldn't be affected by getting new tires.

Like I said, pressure is pressure no matter the object is.
