H&R Springs

I am interested in getting H&R springs for my E90. H&R say it will lower 35mm front and 20mm rear. But as I already have the sport suspension, it will be a little less.

Question is, does anyone know what the spring rates are? And how the ride quality is?

Ideally I will avoid if the ride is harsh?

Sadly H&R doesn't post their spring rates. Kind of lame. H&R is definitely one of the stiffer springs, though when paired with proper dampers and bumpstops the ride shouldn't be harsh.
