Exclamation Help! Will E60 rims fit my E90?!?!

I got a urgent question! I'm pretty new with this whole offset thing so bare with me. There's a fella that's selling a brand new set of niche rims 19x9.5 in the rear and 19x8.5 in the front, with a +35 offset for front and back, I don't care if the wheels stick out passed my fender, that's kinda what I'm looking for anyways. They have 255/35 Zr19XL tires too if that makes a difference. He said they were for his 5 series E60 and he told me they should fit my 08 e90 but I wanna check with some other people since there seems to be a lot of mixed answers from similar threads. Basically will his E60 rims fit my E90? He's about a 5hr drive alway from me so I wanna make sure that will fit before I drive all the way out there. Thanks.

Thanks to everyone that comments!

Et35 will fit without any issues, especially it being pre lci. if you're going for the "stick out pass the fender" look like you said then these wheels are actually conservative. Can always get spacers or look for wider wheels with lower offset.

E60s have a low offset. ET35 will probably need spacers on a E60. You might want to double check the offset on those wheels. If the offset are around ET35 you should be fine.
