Opticoat PPF?
I have been searching around for quotes for PPF (3M and Xpel) as well as quotes to get pro application of a coating (Opticoat, cQuartz, etc). Choices are severely limited here in Atlantic Canada, so I have been searching for all options to find the best one for me.
One vendor mentioned that Opticoat has a PPF that they offer - 10 year warranty if combined with their coating. Anyone familiar with this PPF? |

Ive done 3 cars with excellent results with CQuartz. Even did a write up on it on another Forum for my wife 135i
Its very easy if you work in small sections and take your time. Cannot stress enough the need to use their Eraser product all over the car (plastic, glad, rubber, wheels) before you start coating. Spend more time in prep and you will get fantastic results. Make sure you clean it regularly and use Reload once a month for longest last results. My wife old Bimmer has been almost year and it still looks perfect. Take the time to remove the wheels, clean and apply CQuartz. You will never need to scrub them again One additional thing- I used their standard coating on the BMW and tried out their UK version on my DD and it did not last as long. Here was my write up on a different forum. Hope it helps http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forum...o-cquartz.html
