2006 330i new wheels and offset

I have a 2006 330i with sports suspension and staggered 225/40 and 255/35 18" wheels. I found a set of 18" moda rims for a steal but the offset is 45. Will these fit without rubbing?

To assist with fitment we'll need to know the width of the wheels. With a ET45, your concern would be inner clearance for struts and brakes.

ET45 18x8.5 is a bit high for your E90 and might come in contact with your struts or calipers. You can use spacers to push the wheels out. Make sure the wheels are 5x120.
