N26 Turbo Oil Line Recall

I noticed some white smoke on startup last week. After doing some research I discovered the turbo oil line issue. I am hoping that is the issue.

While researching I found some posts talking about a recall. However everyone seemed to be in Cali. Has anyone had luck with the recall outside of California? I searched on the BMW website for the recall and nothing came up for my car.

Yes I had this recall performed and I live in Houston, Texas. The car had no issues but since there was a recall open, I went ahead and got it done. The process took a few days before I was able to get the car back, but it's for the peace of mind knowing that you got it done.

You should definitely get it done if it's been on your mind lately and best of all, it'll be free.

Do you remember if they mentioned anything about the recall being for just the N20 or just the N26?

My car is covered under the emission recall. Taking it in next Tuesday.
