Need some LA help

Totally random and maybe a little out there but i found the exact car I have been looking for but the private party seller has some issue with out of state buyers and won't sell it to me. I offered to make it totally simple or even pay cash. Anyone near West Hills willing to help me as a broker on the deal or can someone recommend a broker in LA? The only ones I have found do not deal with used. Thanks in advance for any help. PM me please

Why can't you just fly down and meet the guy during the day time with a bank check? Just go with him to his favorite bank... hand the bank your cash... they give you a bank check for the amount. Make that bank check out to the car owner... and then he walks up to the same teller and cashes the bank check for cash?

No cleaner way to do this... with the title now signed into your name... you drive the former owner of the car to the Cali DMV and update the registration. Done and Done.

When you get the car back to your home... you update your registration again.
