Hi everyone! I'm looking into springs to clean up my wheel gap a bit. I have a 13' 335i RWD. My question is what are the recommend springs out there for one who does 4 to 5 autoX events on their daily driver every year?

I'm looking to get a slightly lower stance and if possible significantly less body roll. Most importantly I do NOT want the reverse rake effect where the rear sits lower to the tire than the fronts. I'd prefer the front and back fender to tire clearance to be the same.

So far I was thinking Dinan performance springs w/ bump stops. Is there a better option out there?

If you're RWD and no DHP, why would you even bother with anything else other than the M Performance Suspension kit? It's a matched spring/shock kit.

Sorry. I have an M-Sport with DHP. What would you recommend at that point?

This is what I'm looking to minimize. This is from my last autoX event.

Looks awesome! How's the body roll on the Dinans?

It help out a lot I have DHP also with the shockware it fix it a lot. There's some but no where near as it was on the stock springs. To fix it completely sway bars need to be upgraded.

Did you do the sway upgrade as well?

no not yet I'm debating if the Dinan Sways are worth the price. Where others are cheaper. I want to get the M performance Brakes next though.

Sway bars on a RWD 335i with 704 Sport Suspension don't need to be upgraded to "fix" his body roll.

The stock 704 sway bars are generally sufficient. That's why most reputable suspension kits such as the BMW M Performance Suspension kit or the Ohlins Road and Track coilovers perform really well with the stock sway bars.

However, what will fix your body roll is a more appropriate spring rate. Unfortunately, an active suspension is not as easy to fix as a passive suspension car.

I'm learning this. So as far as I can tell Dinan springs and Shockware are the way to go.
