So I have a problem

Gave my 2009 318D M Sport in for a glow plug change to a garage last week. Glow plugs snapped so engine was removed. Thought Id get the timing chain done whilst it was out. Everything has been put back together and now the car won't start. Anyone experienced anything like this?
The only code that comes up is 4B90.
Fuel is getting to the injectors and it will start with easy start but the moment you stop spraying the engine cuts out. Any help would be appreciated.

Fuel pump on the way out?
What is the voltage at the pump? Pressure the pump produces?

Fuel pump pressure and voltage have all been tested and they seem fine, I do however have another code coming up now. A0B4 - Engine Starter
