New clutch, with or without the release module?

Looking to buy a clutch and dmf for my car and there seems to be some options. I narrowed down to these two: https://www.gsfcarparts.com/189bm0730 http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/BM...75999c9&000069 Euro is cheaper but doesnt have what seems to be called the Release Module. Is it worth replacing? Do they wear out or something?
