Zimmerman discs

So I'm in pretty desperate need of some new discs.. I have decided heavily against my dealership who want just short of £1000 for front pads and discs, even though the pads are just over a month old (I plan on sanding these flat to be able to reuse them).

I have had a lot of recommendations on Zimmerman discs, my problem however is that I'm in the UK and I need the 375mm discs, which seem to be impossible to find.

Does anyone know a rep who sell their discs in the 375mm size?

Here's a little description of how bad my current ones are
