M Sport springs or stock springs

Hello guys.

So i bought a set of springs that are suppose to be a BMW M sport springs from a BMW E91 335 xi LCI, but is there any way i can identify them from the stock regular springs from a BMW E91 xDrive ??

Is there any difference between an M springs and stock springs for an xDrive BMW E91 ?? There are some markings on them like C7 on both rear springs, does that mean anything ??

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you

I'm pretty sure with xDrive the "sport" suspension is actually the stock suspension. Can anyone confirm this?

I think it will depend on chassis code and engine. For example e90 335xi has stock and e92 335xi has sport. That is what I have came across at least.

Yeah, that whole set is considered "non-sport."

If you want sport, both front and rear need to start with a "D" code.

What spring codes do you currently have? If you currently have C6, you need to get a D6, etc.

Actually both have regular suspension.

@ OP FC is correct, E9x xi cars always have "C" labeled springs no matter what, buy some "D" springs to achieve similar ride height to i sport package. It'll be a bit higher in the front though.

Your front springs are either I3 or I4. Your rear springs are correctly C7. There are no BMW sport springs for any e9X xdrive models.
