Rear-axle big bushing dilemma

I have that red circled big bushing that is cracked, but i don't know the part code. The cracked part is inside the rear-axle hole.
http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=33_1274

I've identified it as parts 14-15-16 from the above diagram but i think i only need to change 16 + maybe the 15 ( the bolt ).
I don't understand if this applies to me: "Fits only if vehicle has been converted to vibration damper bracket 6 773 193."
And i don't know what is the part code for element 16.

Also, for this to be changed the entire rear-axle needs to be lowered ? Or it can be changed without messing with other parts ?
I'm more confused by this 4-5-6 parts from this other diagram: http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/show...diagId=33_1276
Could this be it ?

This bushing is helpful only when the car is quickly leaving the stop-light or also for potholes ?

Search in the 335D section. I know I've seen this exact thing before in there.

16 is the nut. Technically speaking based on BMW repair instructions you only need the locknut (16). But usually i replace bolt and nut. On your second link, the nut is part 7. You dont need to replace the protruding damper unless the rubber is flogged out also.

You also need 12 and 13 as they are stretch bolts, one is longer than the other.

You need to drop everything that is in the way of lowering the diff. So an E93 will require the V brace to be removed - you should replace the bolts holding it also, but up to you. You may need to drop the half shafts too to get it down far enough so buy 12x 33207572716 as they are stretch bolts. You can flip the crescent brackets but replace if you prefer to follow things to a T.
