Hi Nemis,

V27 (or better V26.09) is a beta candidate, which will never arrive to official dealers. This information was sent by a software developer in a german BMW community. Reason? Up to his opinion the MkIV system (not in E90!) in 3D mode is very, very slow and processor power isn´t sufficient.

But didn´t your E90 provide 3d visualization in Italy?

oohh yes, i have 3d on e90, but i want change splash screen

, so what we have on e90? we can use this v27 or v26beta or we must use different soft? and were can find it ?

Hi,

no, you can´t use the V26/v27 software in E90 ! The integrated coding platform for E90 is CIP xx.x . You have to wait for updates like CIP 21, CIP 22 in the next months, but I´m sure that you will not gain any "Splash Screen" functionality by BMW.

The feature you found at X5 was programmed by a private person without any warranty !

mmhh is not a programmed function, only exctract and replace .gif file, very simple.

maybe if some dealer can make and copy of cif we can examine it ?
