Best Oil type in hot weather ?

Hi,

I'm using Castle edge 0w-40 now and I have to change my oil to the best oil for hot weather like my country which is about 30'C-40'C for every day.
Could you suggest me which oil is the best oil change for hot weather for my F10 M5?

Oil Consideration

I really like the Castrol 0W-40 but have chosen not to use it due to it's higher NOACK (above 9% but less than 10%).
.
My choice has been PP EURO 5W-40 -- and recommend 5-6k oil change intervals.
