Hello everyone,
So I have been a BMW fan as far back as I can remember but it wasn't until I graduated high school and got a valet job when I truly fell in love with the brand as I got to drive all different kinds of cars. I would regularly come on this forum and check out everyone's new bimmers over the years and literally go through every color combination build dreaming of which color combination I would get. I have always been a fan of the smallest of BMWs as they are the most fun to drive and I'm really not a fan of big cars at all. So, a couple months ago as I was on a one week break from chiropractic school, I was looking for a new car and test drove about 7 328i's and an M235i(just for fun). On that Wednesday night I came across a beautiful BSM on black 328i M-Sport, she was freshly detailed and literally just got added to the sale market that day. She looked HOT!! The next morning I went to carmax to see what they would give me on my car to use it as a bargaining tool as I felt I was being low balled every trade in offer. I was right as carmax gave me more so I used it as my bargaining tool. Off to the dealer I went to test drive the car. She wasn't even brought around front yet from being detailed so when the sales guy pulled her around she looked so fresh! Instantly loved it even tho I wasn't looking to get black. Took for for a test drive from noon to 6 pm that day. Was in love! It was a great deal already but I wasn't gonna settle for it. So Saturday morning, April 1st, I called the guy and bargained one last time and got him to go lower with the line "if you take ___ off I'll come sign the papers". He went for it and in a few hours I was driving her to work that very evening. I couldn't believe it, what kind of April fools joke did I just play on myself?! I was beyond excited, a dream finally came true!! That day, April 1st 2017, I purchased my first 2014 BMW 328i M-Sport. After having one new car in my life I said I would never get another new one Bc you lose so much on it in the first 2 years and I fell in love with her and she already had her little dings and scratches already. When you get those first dings and dents on a new car you get pissed, but when they already there you don't care. I fell in love as is, with all imperfections. Plus I still got 2 years of the factory warranty and free maintenance as 2014 was the last model year it would transfer to the second owner, low miles, I felt like I was getting the full new BMW experience, but with a major discount off the $48k sticker price. Everyone who knows me or barely knows me, knows I love BMW. So here she is, Duchess, my Bavarian Black Beauty! (1st comment has the pics) My mods are only cosmetic as I like to keep it classy and factory. - M color grill stripes - rear lip spoiler in BSM - mperformance side skirt decal - ferric grey mirror caps - silver/black front side reflectors - stealth front turn signals - debadged the truck deck - windows were already tinted I'm in love!!!! P.S. I'm in the ATL metro area if anyone is in need or some Chiropractic care or I'm totally down for my first BMW meet up with a BMW freak like me! |

The other day somebody posted an article about the value of the BMW brand. Forget that. This is the value of the BMW brand.
