M Sport wheel Leather on the 2017 330i???

Today I picked up a 2017 330i msport. I actually didn't drive the car before buying it since I was coming from another F30. The first thing I noticed in this car was the steering wheel material doesn't feel like leather. Is it leather?

This is my fifth 3 series going back to e30 and they have all had leather steering wheels!

M sport steering wheel is napa leather, should be very soft and supple. Take it back and compare to another.

There is no texture on the material. Maybe that's why it seems synthetic. Also feels much softer than my last wheel

Here is my m sport wheel and the nappa leather dash. Very smooth and soft. If yours looks like this, then it's fine.

Yes, Nappa leather. Much nicer than the standard, hard, almost vinyl-like leather that they wrap the base steering wheel in.

yes the Nappa leather M-Sport steering wheel feels much better then the standard wheel.
