? on tire size from the factory z4 m coup

i just purchsed a 2007 new m coupe. They look like the same tire that was on my M3 what size should I use on the 19 CSL wheels?

They aren't run-flats. The M-division doesn't use them.

The correct size for the rear is a 285/30/19 to keep the diameters right.
