Nice. Like the fact that M Sport Exhaust and M Sport Brakes are standard on this model along with optional wheels up to 21s.

How did they decide to fit 245 tires onto 7.5 inch wheels? That's too narrow of a wheel for the tire IMO

Looks like the X3 M40 comes pretty loaded.... I'm a big boy and can drive and park all by myself .. .. so.. maybe would just add the premium package.. in Carbon Black or BSM...

A manufacturer-specific version of a tire (like a BMW Star spec tire) can be a drastically different size than the standard 245. I just had a Benz come into my shop, replacing one set of Michelins with another in the same sizes except one was an M0 Mercedes spec tire. The standard version of the tire was so much wider we couldn't even get the bead to seat onto his wheels so they could not be inflated with air. The actual difference in width was over 1" between two versions of the same tire in the "same" size.

BMW Star versions of Michelin Pilot Super Sports are known to run narrower than the off-the-shelf PSS in the same sizes, for example.

Didn't know that before. I wonder why all the complexity, they could just put on some off the shelf 225 and call it a day lol
