It includes the door tweet speakers, but not the pods they are contained in - obviously I had to reuse those to install the BavSound speakers, you would have to source the pods from classifieds or a forum vendor such as STBMW, Tischer, or ECSTuning

No amp available - I kept the HK amp in the system, only replaced all the speakers

Do you know if these speakers will work with the Hi-Fi Amp?
If not can you just PnP the HK Amp?

I'm gonna say 1st off - NO because the HIFI system only includes (9) speakers, while the HK (Top HIFI) system includes (16) speakers (see attached diagrams)

Knowing how BMW does things, I would say the extra wiring to power the additional speakers in the HK system is NOT present in a car originally equipped with HIFI, so the xtra speakers in the HK system would not have any signal - but that is only a guess...

And for the same reason (at the very least) the HK amp would not be PnP with HIFI amp due to different wiring harness. There is probably coding needed also

I'm sure there are threads discussing conversion on the forum - I'm not familiar with the conversion at all.
