I'm pretty sure it's governed at 155. My butthole gets really tight at around 150, so I'm ok with the governor.

I'm curious, where does one test it to find out its governed at 135? I always thought the M235i was 155mph. Highest I've had mine is 116, but that was at Virginia International Raceway.

Really wish it was possible to govern everything at 125 or something more reasonable then when you get to the track you get a token or fob or something to remove it. No need to do that anyplace else if we're being fair about things, at least in the vast majority of the US.

To test your speed legally, you should book your next vacation to Germany.Go on the Autobahn, take the left lane, and drive the M235i as fast as you want.
Anyway,my M235i 2016 has the Michelin Super Pilot Sport on staggered wheels which give you 155 mph.Cars with All-Season tires or Run Flats(Yuk)are limited to 130 mph as far as I know. Not that 130 mph are not fast enough. |
