Service engine soon?

Just randomly came on after disconnecting and reconnecting battery. Is it a false code? Confused.

Check the code and see what it says. Try clearing it. If it comes back it probably isn't a false code.

original spark plugs, could this be why? i noticed it has no power. I'll obviously change them. how do you get the code???
