Will they fit? 19" BBS Replicas to E90

Hey guys, found a nice deal on a set of lightly used BBS reps that I would like to pick up later if possible. I must admit, when it comes to wheels and fitments I am FAR from knowledgeable. I would appreciate some guidance if possible.

Hoping to put these on my 2011 E90. Will I run into any issues?

Front
Size: 19x8.5
Offset: 32mm

Rear
Size: 19x9.5
Offset: 32mm

As long as the hub and bolt patter are good yes.

I have bbs reps , fronts are 35mm on my e92 and there is tons a room in the front to go a bit lower so 32 should be better. should fit nicely .. has to be 5x120 and 72.56 hub or a bigger hub and hub centric rings.
