stainless steel brake lines for the M3

not sure if this has already been discussed but.... after seeing the Chris Harris youtube video of the Nissan GT-R vs Porsche GT3 vs E92 M3, wouldn't upgrading the stock M3 brakes with stainless steel brake lines helped? that's short of replacing the brakes with a BBK that is.....

SST lines do not have much effect on ultimate braking power. They can help with pedal feel, but I don't think the M3 has much issue there. I'd suggest the StopTech lines from Zeckhausen as in inexpensive "insurance". Edit: David Z. said on 5/10 "they should be available within a couple weeks"

it s a cheap simple upgrade which could make a difference. sure a full BBK would be much better but price and practicality in mind I think new lines should be OK

I will say go with the SS lines..if you want a less expensive upgrade on the brake system. It's true the BBK will make it whole lot better..but as for now SS lines will do the best..

In my opinion, the feedback is pretty good already..however if the brakes can provide me more feedback..it will do its best...the brakes alone on the car can do alot already for most people....

So try out the SS lines =)
