or thought of installing a DVD player in your E90?? Im thinking about installing one but dont know if it's possible and whether it would void the warranty. Also, Can I stall an after market NAV system?? Im not talking about the tomtom ones. Im thinking of the ones with the touchscreen. If you guys have info on this, please let me know. Thanks

No, a DVD player will not void your warranty. Unless, somehow it causes your car to explode a disgusting, yet delicious fury of the antithesis of absolute zero.

And usually those aftermarket navi's are pretty much plug & play, just make sure you conceal them well, before you leave the car. They're a hot object to be stolen.

i was thinking something along the lines of. Wiring a computer inthe trunk. running an external Slim DVD-rw drive to the glove box. Wireless keyboard and a touch screen retracting from the former ash tray compartment, and bam u have a carputer with GPS capabilities, also computer capabilities with being able to watch or listen to media wired through the AUX of the cars radio. How bout that?
