Lowered car "ding" noise

I lowered car with eibach pro springs and I now have a "ding" noise when I go up a curb and sometimes on a slope. It's coming from the rear passenger side. I do notice the exhaust sticks out to the right and I'm wondering if that is hitting the concrete. I had no problem for awhile till now and I'm thinking maybe the springs starting to settle even more? I already have well over 2k miles since install. Could it be possibly my tire pressure is low even tho it shows OK?
