Repeated tic at Idle

Hi, I have this annoying repeated tic every second at idle, most noticeable near the engine mount, Driver side, check the attached video

Any clue from where the sound is coming and should I be worried?

Does it only happen in Park and Neutral? It happens on mine too; I asked a dealership tech about it once and he said they see it sometimes and they've never found a problem. He said his best guess is that it's some sort of resonance with cylinder 6.
