torque loss after replacing lpfp

Hi guys, would anyone know why i lost torque bottom end? it happened after replacing my low pressure fuel pump. I have an 08 bmw 335i fbo ( downpipes, mhd tune, inlets, chargepipe with bov, cai, 7'" intercooler ) any suggestions???
