ED Acceptance Receipt?

Stupid noob question, I'm sure, but ...
I am pulling together the paperwork for my BMWCCA rebate while I wait for my car to make its way to the states (booked on the Courage). Because it is an ED car, I need to submit the CCA rebate form and my Acceptance Receipt. Rooting through my papers from Munich, I see no "Acceptance Receipt" only a copy of the Purchase Order I signed in the states. The EH Harms checklist says I gave them my insurance papers, registration and invoice/bill of sale. So, is the acceptance receipt the same as the invoice/bill of sale, and if so, when do I get it back?
